If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to carefully review our Return and Refund Policy. Goa Nirvana LLC reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy in whole or in part at any time at its sole discretion.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy, we establish the following definitions:

  • “Customer” means end-user customers that purchase directly from distributors or wholesalers.

Goa Nirvana Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns. You can return items purchased from Us within 7 days of the original purchase date, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions, and provided that they meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Product isn’t used or damaged.
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

  3. Inspection & RefundUpon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If you requested an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement item to your address within 24 hours of processing your return.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • It must be in the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and seals intact.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Perishable goods such as food items, beverages, or consumables.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • If an item shows signs of use.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@goanirvana.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval and instructions on how to ship the item back.
  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Upon inspection and approval, the refund will be processed.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon delivery.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, cancellation is not guaranteed as the order may already be processed or shipped.
